Nagyharsány Sculpture Park and Panorama Walkway

Carved from local stone in the widest possible studio—under the open sky—the sculptures in the park almost come to life. The abandoned quarry has become a true haven for these works of art. The backdrop of the sculptures is formed by the steep walls of the abandoned quarry, composed of upper Jurassic limestone layers to the north and west, while to the south stretches the endless landscape of the Drava region. The ensemble of artworks was granted monument protection status in 2009.
